When the boys are having a special Blizzard for dessert-- mommy better come up with something healthy quick to stay on course!
This is my first go at a Mug Cake and it's a super HEALTHY version. It was good and satisfied the raging sweet tooth!
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
Dash of salt
1 or 2 tablespoon of PB2
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 to 1 tablespoon honey
Directions are as easy as they come!
1. Add dry ingredients to mug and mix.
2. Add in wet ingredients and mix.
3. Microwave for 90 seconds.
Enjoy & happy mugging!
